All payments made toward your kitten (excluding shipping/transportation fees) are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds if a buyer changes their mind or cancels the adoption at any stage of the process.

All kitten prices exclude shipping and transportation costs. Delivery is strictly self-funded by the buyer, with the following exception: We proudly offer free delivery within the Dublin area. For adoptions outside of Dublin (commuter towns/co-counties) or international transport, all shipping and relocation fees must be fully covered by the buyer.

While we ensure our kittens leave our cattery in pristine health, Petteo Ragdoll is not responsible for any subsequent injuries, stress-related conditions, or viral/bacterial infections caused to other pets or the new kitten in your household. We explicitly request that buyers implement a strict 14-day quarantine period upon arrival. The exact duration and introduction timeline should be carefully monitored and adjusted based on the specific temperament, reaction, and personality of your existing pets. Introducing the pets prematurely without proper observation will void seller responsibility for any resulting health or behavioral friction.

• 2-Year Genetic Disease Guarantee: We take extreme pride in our pedigree standards. If this kitten is diagnosed with or passes away within two (2) years from the date of sale/delivery due to an inherited genetic disease (such as HCM or PKD), the Purchaser must inform the Seller in writing immediately. A full necropsy or DNA report from a licensed veterinarian must be provided. Petteo Ragdoll will replace the kitten with another kitten of equal or lesser value. All medical and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Purchaser, and no cash refunds or credits will be issued.

• 72-Hour Viral & General Health Exam: Petteo Ragdoll guarantees that the kitten is healthy to the best of our knowledge upon departure. The Purchaser has 72 hours from delivery to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a health exam. This kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours against upper respiratory infections, internal/external parasites, and viral diseases including FELV/FiV.
• Return Window: If any underlying health issues are officially documented during this 72-hour period, the Purchaser can return the kitten to the Seller within seven (7) calendar days of the exam. Medical or travel expenses will not be refunded, and replacement shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser. We highly recommend booking your vet visit within the first 72 hours.

Ragdoll cats and kittens must be kept strictly indoors and will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors. Because Ragdolls are famous for their gentle, non-defensive temperaments and are typically not fighters, the outdoor environment poses an extreme danger to them. Supervised outdoor time within a completely secure catio or walks on a harness are perfectly acceptable to ensure their safety and well-being.

The Purchaser explicitly agrees that this cat/kitten is NOT to be declawed under any circumstances. Declawing is an inhumane, unnecessary surgical amputation that can cause lifelong chronic pain and behavioral issues. Petteo Ragdoll strictly prohibits this practice. Any instance of declawing will immediately and permanently void all health guarantees provided by our cattery.

• Pet Selection: If this cat/kitten is purchased as a pet, it is strictly agreed that the animal will be altered (spayed/neutered) by the seller before their official take-home date.
• Breeding Rights: If this cat/kitten is sold with active breeding rights, a replacement will ONLY be granted if a licensed veterinarian officially certifies, via comprehensive medical imaging or surgery, that the animal suffers from a true congenital absence of reproductive organs (gonads/uterus).
